    That's pretty bad... or?

Quite depressed and stuff... food doesn't taste much and most of the time I just forget to eat.

If I lose like 3 pounds more I'd be underweight...

Yeah... what to do, what to do?

Do you regularly exercise? I used to not be able to eat very much. When I started running, I got much more of an appetite. If you don't normally get much exercise, go out for a run. You can run on sidewalks and/or on trails in the woods. Run for at least 20 minutes. Stay at a comfortable pace. Be sure to hydrate, but don't drink too much before you run, and don't drink too quickly after you run. Then, on your next run, push yourself a bit more.

Keep an eye on it. Don't know about you, but I tend to go through times when I just can't feel hunger, and it's related to eating less and less each time.

Sometimes you just have to eat your portions, even without the hunger.

Best thing you could do is to talk about what is bothering you, as it could be the reason why you are not taking care of food.

    Thanks, Michael.

Yeah same basically. I don't feel hunger a lot of the time. And when I do, my appetite can still be virtually zero.

I do try to force myself to eat - just forget often...

What is bothering me is well... depression because dysphoria and a lot of other things jumbled up...

I'm kind of talking about it to professionals... ish...

I lost twenty pounds like that....
Wasn't very heavy to begin with, but now I'm pretty skinny and with as much as I did in elementary school.

I suppose exercising may help, and forcing yourself to eat at specific times. After Doing this for a while, your appetite in general will go down and you won't physically be able to eat that much without being sick. Try to keep up the eatinf whether you feel it or not.

I don't know what else to say.

    That's not healthy.

Ideally, you should be eating all day long, in intervals of 3 hours (eat breakfast when you wake up - eat again after 3 hours - lunch after 3 hours - etc. etc.). That way, you will keep your body working (metabolism), but you won't eat too much.

I'm so sorry to hear this :c I can completely relate and I do the same. I sometimes put a timer/reminder on my phone to get up and eat at least a little something. Try something you really enjoy, or thats really easy. Or put on music to make it fun to make food. Just try getting a little bit if you can, or even take some vitamins to help your nutrition. Smoothies are always a go-to for me as well because sometimes more solid foods can upset me a bit :/ goodluck!!

How heavy and tall are you? Exercing would help getting healthy. I only eat 1 or maybe 2 times a day too.
