For the past few weeks I've been having right upper quadrant pain. Comes and goes. Doctor thinks it's gallbladder and I'm having an ultrasound in a couple days to check it out.

But also having a bunch of other symptoms, like right now. Feeling chilly. I'm really, really light headed and I'm sweating. My chest hurts and that comes and goes too. Really naseated. Is something else wrong? Anyone has similar? Answers appreciated

I think, because of the symptoms you're now experiencing, you should go to the hospital or call your doctor for his/her advice.
Chest pain with nausea and light headedness is not a great combination. Please take this seriously. It's better to be safe than sorry.

My only problem right now is my doctor's out of the office. I'm keeping an eye on it. If I feel worse, I'm going to the ER. My left arm's weirdly cold too. I'm feeling a little less lightheaded and nauseated now that I'm home and resting.

Does the pain move any where? Like your arm or back or legs?

Well, to my lower back and it kinda makes a band across my chest- left to right.

Does it hurt more when you press on it? How old are you?

Not really, no difference. 20 years old, a little overweight. Anxiety issues too.

You know yourself more then I do... I seriously doubt you are having a heart attack, but I would recommend going to get checked out by the hospital. Btw I'm an emt, just so you don't think I'm just randomly asking questions or am unreliable.

Up to you, we always recommend that when people aren't feeling theirselves that they go to the hospital to see what's going on, it may just be anxiety

Yeah, kind of doubt it too. No real family history of heart problems but loads of panic attacks and anxiety issues. May just go. I'm still clearheaded enough to type (on my phone so what a miracle). I've had episodes of being lightheaded before but usually they went away after eating. Not so much tonight though. Thanks by the way.

No problem, and do you take medication for your anxiety, and if so did you take it when you were suppose to?

Nah. No meds for anxiety. I do take Exderin for headaches and my cysts but I didn't take anything today. I had a coffee drink with extra espresso but it wasn't anything unusual for me.
