Assuming you mean a dildo, I would get a condom (so much easier to clean!), make sure to use lube, and start slow. You're first few times I'd take it easy so you get used to the sensation and you don't hurt yourself, but you shouldn't bleed. If you bleed you're probably being way too aggressive. Relax your anus and be nice and sensual with it...
