I did some work out and I was fine the day after it. On the following day, I couldn't straighten my right arm it was literally 90 degrees. I experience this kind of problem before but this time it seems a little more serious. Do you guys experienced this before?
Maybe you are overdoing it? It might be worth reducing the intensity of your workout and building back up. I would recommend a visit to the doctor.
It's much better now I can straighten it but not perfectly straight yet but I'm sure it will be fine soon. Thanks everyone. Cheers~
