So lately I've been thinking about adding some kind of mix or formula to my post workout sessions. In the past I've heard some negative things about them though. Are there any that are safe that people have used and gotten decent results from?

I don't regularly use protein shakes or mixes, but one of the brands I like is "Nectar" because it's fruit flavored. One thing I should point out is check the calorie content, bars specifically. They can have 400-500 calories a serving and half your daily intake of fat. Aim for 200 calories or less.
