okay I want some advice on something I'm really skinny and very sorta twinky looking :lol: for like 6 months I worked out like crazy because I felt self consious about it but I was still skinny after that so I stoped and now I havent weight lifted in a while and now its like I'm not sure I want to workout in that way (I would much rather do something like yoga) because I just feel comfortable with how I look now but at the same time I might not be seen as attractive because of it and I'm only human so ofcourse I want to be seen as attactive I mean i wish I didnt care but I do I was wondering you guys opinion on what I should do?
First, let me tell you that at 16yo, the body is changing like CRAZY! So if i were you i'd just work out to feel satisfied, and wait your 19-20 birthday to decide if you want to heavily change your muscle-based dilemna !
