I could probably physically do this, but the after-effects are not worth it for me. The next like day or two after I'm usually in a more depressed state I think just due to hormone levels. Also, my skin is more oily, which I'm not a huge fan of. Sorry if this is too much information .

Anyways, I typically try not to do it more than once a week. Occasionally, on that day, I do it twice, one right after the other, but it just depends on my mood. I think it probably is healthy to do it once a week or once every two weeks, but I find if I do it more often than that, I don't feel like myself.
