I feel the same way, I cant really get any toys or good lube, being in a alike household. Most important thing is to be very careful of what you do or put up there and improvise a bit, anything sharp or has somewhat point should not be used. Vaseline is OK, as is vegetable oil (cooking oil). Your fingers can be a great place to start, and you can also buy an Amazon gift card in many local stores (at least here in the US) and use that to buy an anal toy... if you aren't comfortable getting it delivered to your house for fear your parents will open it, Amazon offers delivery lockers in many areas, or often there are postal stores that will receive a package for you for a small amount ($2-3 US)

you can, or you can wash very well after your fun. one thing you can do is make sure your clean back there inside and out. outside is pretty obvious, and inside try to time it so you have a good bowel movement a couple hours before you play back there.

Lube is your best friend. If you can get some actual lube, that's the best thing to use, because it's made to be safe for the inside of your body. You can get some and put it in a different bottle, or hide it under your mattress. But if that's really not an option for you, be careful about your alternatives. No oils, and nothing with sulfates like shampoo. Your best course of action is to use vaseline, or a very very simple fragrance-free lotion.
I agree with Willa that anal lube is your best choice. I disagree with her about vegetable oils; they are not a problem as they're a natural substance you eat every day and have been used for generations. Shampoo isn't a good idea, it will burn. And vaseline is inert and quite serviceable.
I remember using olive oil once. It was the 'extra virgin' type, which kinda made me laugh at the time! But I like a water-based lube the best, KY and the like.

No reason it couldn't. Just keep in mind it's pretty impervious to water so isn't easy to wash off... it's best wiped off with tissues.
Can I just ask why in the world your mother knows how often you masturbate?? I like laying down in the tub, and using my middle finger to rub my prostate while I jerk off with the other hand.
