Just a quick (hopefully simple) question: how much muscle should I expect to gain simply through puberty? I can't be arsed to work out etc., but I eat healthily, do some excercise (mainly cycling) and am relatively slim, but not thin.

    Cheers for any responses!

It's a varying factor. You can help yourself though by eating a lot of foods which provide protein and also eating the right amount of vitamins and minerals every day. Also, just perform exercise regularly, whether that be cycling, swimming (very good), running, or whatever.

Just using your body will develop natural strength, but if you really want defined muscles and all that, then it's pretty hard without specifically working it.
