I am 16 and I can feel my spermeatic cord on the left testicle but I can't feel it on the right testicle. Is there a problem or is this normal. It doesn't feel lumpy or anything.I am too scared to tell my mom and if I tell my dad he will just say I am worrying too much and that I don't need to see the doctor. I will see a doctor once I get advice

    Please help,
    Thanks

For your peace of mind, get it looked at. I don't think it's a big deal but it will make you feel better to get checked. Tell your parents it's for something different if you feel better doing so, but get looked at. This stress is not worth it at all.

Your description sounds exactly like what I have. Read up on "varicoceles." I'm going to get mine looked at this week by a doctor.

Just a little update. I have gone to the doctor and she said I should not be worried about it as she sees nothing wrong with it. She said the left side could just be different than the right side because she said they are sometimes not the same. She said my testes are smooth and no sign of swelling or cancer. She said most likely fluid buildup and if it doesn't go down by Christmas she will set me up for an ultrasound scan.

    I am so relieved!
