I am a healthy 16 year old male, but recently I have had a problem reaching orgasm.

I don't have a problem getting erect or feeling sexual, I just can't have an orgasm.

This is a recent thing, I have never had problems before, and I have no idea what to do.

I am on Zoloft, but I have been on it for almost a year with no problems before now. Other than that, I am not on anything else.

    Any suggestions?

It's most likely a side effect of the Zoloft.

I've had male patients on these drugs (called SSRIs) complain about ejaculation problems. They get very firm erections (particularly in the morning) but either they feel very detached- like they're horny but they don't care about sex- or they can't seem to focus on the pleasure enough to where they can get "over the edge" to ejaculation.

If it is a problem for you (or for your sex partner), then talk with your physician and see if your dose can be lowered or if switching to another SSRI might resolve the problem.

It sounds like it might be the anti depressant. Have you changed your dose lately?

It's the Zoloft. SSRIs tend to kill sex drive to the point where a friend of mine (who is also on Zoloft) refers to it as being "chemically neutered."

Another thing you might be able to try after talking to your doctor is a drug holiday. The sexual side effects of SSRI's tend to be short lived. Some patients take weekly or bimonthly drug holidays where they stop their meds for 24-48 hours then go back on them. Again i say talk to your doctor before you try this. Messing around w/ antidepressant doses on your own is a bad idea.
