As I've gotten older and less energetic, I've found that I enjoy frot just as much, if not more, than full penetrative intercourse, as it requires less prep work.
I haven't had sex but I think frontage is cool because the both persons are getting (roughly) the same experience. People don't have to be annoyed because they are toppin/bottoming for the 5th time in a row, it seems to be a more level playing field.
