Cramps in the stomach?

    I dont know what it is but, it's like a cramp, but it's only there for 0,000001 secs and it doesn't hurt? my entire body kind curls together everytime? can it be from obssesive thoughts? anxeity? anybody who have tried this before or know what it is? beacouse i'm begging to get a little freaked out?

    But I get those too; I was concerned at first, but then I talked to my mom and she said I shouldn't worry about it. Apparently it's normal?

    But wait, Is it like a stabbing pain? That's only there for an instant, then it's gone?

    Well, Idk. You can get it checked it out, but... I guess I wouldn't worry?
    Still, it's always best to tell someone.
    Also, I think it is possible that it's anxiety.

    Well, I'm not an expert here tbh.
    Check into it.
