Hey! I'm very sorry. I've struggled with eating disorders and depression, and I know how hard it is. Have you seen a therapist or told anyone? I know you probably don't want to - it takes a lot of strength and bravery to ask for health. I believe in you. You can do this and beat it! Just let me know if you have any questions ...

Ive struggled with eating disorders too. You're definitely not alone. (*hug*) Are you able to see a dietitian?

i'v told my boyfriend and a couple of other friends, but my friends are not half as mature as me, so they are just afraid of me. and my bf and i broke up 2 weeks ago, and that just made things even worse.
And i'm afraid of going to a doc or anybody, cuz in DK they are forced to tell my parents by law, uless they think it could make me do suicide if they told them.
So i dont rly know what to do, i guess i kinda hoped for something i could do myself?

If you feel like you can't go to a professional yet, the best thing you can do on your own is educate yourself about these conditions and the effects they have on your body. The US-based National Eating Disorders Association (NEDA) website would be a good place to start looking.

I've found the best method to avoid binging or purging is distraction. Go to a movie theatre, go to a friends house, go for a run, take a shower, take a nap, etc. As for anorexia I can't help you.
