People say I look big (like wide shoulders, muscle, etc), but I don't feel big. I always feel smaller than I look. I've looked up bigorexia and I'm not sure if I have it or not. I do constantly think about getting bigger and bigger, and I also compare myself to others a lot in the gym like "I want to look like that".

Does anyone here have bigorexia? If so, what's it like for you? Any similarities to what I posted above?

Is it an obsession? If not it's probably normal, if it is you should probably see a therapist.

Only in excess. Being self-conscious about muscle size is normal, even in muscular guys. Bigorexia's more complicated than that.

I don't think it's an obsession, but I do think about it quite often. I just want to get stronger. Does it interfere with my daily life? Nope, but I do want a certain physique. I could talk to my therapist about it, I'm sure that would do the trick.

    Thanks for the responses guys.

This guy here (maybe). :rolle: People tell me that I'm big, but I always feel like I should be bigger. And I'm not neccessarily talking about muscles.

That's just a normal body image issue, then, not bigorexia.
