Sort of a graphic post, FYI.

I'm a little concerned about the loss of sensation in my penis. When I'm with another person, it is difficult to orgasm without touching myself. It detracts from the experience and makes the other person feel bad, like he isn't attractive enough or something.

I suspect the cause is too much self-stimulation over the years. Frequency has varied, but during the peak times I'd masturbate several times a day. When you are stroking solo, so to speak, you tend to grip more forcefully.

For anyone else who has experienced this, I welcome your insight. Did you gain sensation back from stopping masturbation and/or porn for a period of time? Are there any helpful products that help regenerate nerve tissue?

Have you been going through a lot of stress lately? It could be due to that. Try getting a massage and relaxing your tissue.

There are two problems with masturbating that much. First, obviously, is the death grip. Second is the fact that as you masturbate you can immediately change grip, speed, etc... as a reaction to how you feel.

When you are with someone else, they don't get the kind of feedback your brain does so they don't adjust to keep you stimulated the way you want.

yes, cut back on masturbation. Find other things to do with your time.
