Hey ya'll, I'm FAAB and genderqueer. I'm currently on T but looking into birth control options and wondering if/how they might impact my T levels. My primary care physician is awesome with trans issues but difficult to get in touch with so I thought i'd put it out there to you all. Anyone know what sort of options are available for folks on T?

I have heard of trans guys going on progesterone as a way to help regulate the reproductive system. I'd talk to your endocrinologist if possible.

They couldn't go on progesterone, because that's feminizing. It would be like driving a car with one foot on the gas and one on the brakes. I don't have an answer to the question, but progesterone whilst on T isn't a feasible option.

As stated above, hormonal birth control is going to be counter-productive because they are comprised of feminizing hormones. Non-hormonal options should all be fine and not impact your T.
