Hi, Im a 19yo bi male, I always loved anal masturbation since I was 14 and never had any problems with it, but recently it became really hard to do it becaus my anus hurts really bad if i try to put in anything bigger then my finger. It feels like a knife and it happens even when I poop, but no blood comes out. I tried looking it up on the internet but I didnt find anything that helps me. Does anyone knows what that is? Its really annoying that I cant masturbate normally anymore, please. :help:

It sounds like an anal fissure, to me. It happens, hit up a proctologist.

At times, your anus will get sore after some tough activities. It's your muscles inside being sore after stretching out a lot. It's pretty much like working out at the gym: your arms would be sore and hurting the next day after working them the previous day.

Using lube for penetration will make it easier on your anus by making it not so sore after doing activities.

Even without blood, it could still be a fissure. If it is continuing to bother you, go to a proctologist.

It's common that fissures don't bleed. Get to a doctor. I would start with a general practitioner rather than a specialist. This is pretty common and may be easily treated. If they can't treat it then they can refer you to a specialist.

In the meantime drink plenty of water to stay hydrated and prevent constipation. Get more fiber too. And no anal penetration, not even a finger, until this is healed.

Probably a fissure, they often don't bleed. I would see a general practitioner before a specialist. It might be treated easily with medication. In the meantime hydration and fiber to prevent constipation.

And no more penetration until you are sure it is all healed. DjM, that is some of the worst advice. If it hurts you are doing it wrong and could result in a serious injury.

A difference between a fissure and just the "muscles" being sore: fissures hurt when defecating, the pain is usually described as sharp and burning.

Any regular GP will help you to overcome it. Fissures take a lot of time to heal, from weeks to months, so take that in mind.
