there are bumps on one of my fingers. it looks like theyre sorta...under the skin but still visible. they dont hurt but feel wierd when i touch them with another hand or finger. i could post a picture if neccesary. its the only finger with them as far as i can tell
I had a sort of bump under on my finger once that sounds like it might be the same like you got. I went to a dermatologist with it and he just cut it out (no kidding, it was like "look, over there!", and while I was looking he jammed a needle in there with an anaesthetic. And after that I couldn't go back...) He sent it to a lab, and it turned out to be just some kind of irregular growth of the tissue. Nothing to worry about. So my advise would be to see a dermatologist about it.
do you do alot of video gaming? people who do alot of gaming *not so much wii's, but the repetative pressing of buttons over and over* sometimes get finger bumps.
Could it be writers bump? I know my mom talks about her writers bump but she has it on her palm not on the fingers. Just a guess...
