I'm unsure if this is a panic attack or something else, but whenever I've been eating lunch/and or dinner, I get these odd symptoms: lightheaded, elevated blood pressure feeling, blood/head rush, pulsating juglar or carotid vein on right side of neck, elevated pulse/palpitation feeling.

I know I have had anxiety but the symptoms seem to occur when I eat at times.

    I do take meds:
    .5mg Klonopin
    15mg mirtazpine

I'm unsure if it's a panic attack or it something I need to deal with ASAP(hospital).

How can you tell if it's a stroke or heart attack signs or it'a panic attack?

You might want to consult a doctor. It might not be something serious but better off safe than sorry

It feels like a panic attack. I mean, I don't want to spend more money. I have ER visit and other medical bills.

Unlikely to be a heart attack. I don't see to go to an ER but perhaps you could give your doc a ring and ask about it.

It feels more like a bloating feeling/increased pulse-blood pressure feeling. Maybe panic attack related.

    Any problems with digestion?

Why would you get panic attack from eating or does something that might trigger when you eat?

Bloating feeling somewhat. And some increased pulse/blood pressure sensation while eating.

It's not like I pass out but it's a bit odd. It feels psycho-somatic related but it feels bothersome somewhat.

I mean, I've dealt with this shit before.

If the symptoms are severe, I would consult a doctor ASAP. Other questions:

Do these symptoms occur every time after you eat anything? If not every time, I would start keeping a food journal and noting when you have reactions. You may be able to narrow down what's causing it.

And you say above it happens "after" but also "while" eating?

Can you give us a few examples of meals you have eaten when you know you had a reaction?

It feels like some anxiety shit. I've dealt with this before.

It doesn't bother me at breakfast time.

    It appears at lunch/dinner somewhat.

And then anxiety/panic attack symptoms I get in environments also.

    Keep having these damn symptoms.

I'm seeing a PA not my doc on Monday about this shit. Maybe it's just bad anxiety.

I have this history conference tomorrow and I still feel reveved up. I had all these random ass symptoms along the way from the 2 flights: palpitations, shifts in blood pressure, hot flashes, brain fog, pulsating neck veins. It's typical anxiety because I had this come up late January/early Feb like I talked about here.

But it's hard to tell at times when it's anxiety and try to brush it away, and to deal with it head on as a real medical problem.

I think it was some anxiety issues or something.

I got an apt later today to go to the med clinic that my PCP(doc) is at. I'm not seeing her today, but a PA though.

I have had exactly this. Like, exactly this. It was when I first started coming out as trans to myself. I'd eat dinner when I got home from school, and I'd just feel so f****** terrible. Luckily it past, but... it wasn't fun at all.

Something that helped me at that time was to try to exchange dinner for just a sandwich or so.

I saw the PA yesterday. My BP and pulse were fine when I was there. The PA and my DOC did agreed that I should start to limit use of the Klonopin because it can be a habbit forming drug.

Hmm. As you described your symptoms, and your own hunches about what is causing this, it did sound an awful lot like anxiety. Sooooo, I'm kind of surprised they suggested less klonopin right now. Did they comment on whether or not they thought your symptoms were caused by anxiety? And did they offer anything instead of it?

I'm sure your doctor already answered this, but a stroke is a when a clot is blocking the flow of blood in your brain, causing facial droop, slurred speech, and inadequate motor function on one side of your body.

A heart attack is the same concept, only difference is the clot is in the heart (for example, the coronary artery), and is halting the flow of blood. Your heart isn't getting the blood it needs so the pain that many people describe (elephant on their chest) is the heart literally yelling at you that it wants blood.

I've had a panic attack once, and I felt quite nauseous and my vision started feeling off. It didn't take me long to feel weak either.
