I'm really clumsy and I just hit my head on the corner of a wall. It doesn't really hurt but I have pressure where I hit it. My parents are asleep and I don't want to wake them up just to get yelled at. I'm so scared I'm going to die in having a panic attack and hyperventilating please help me
Try icing it and see if that alleviates some of the pressure. If not, wake your parents, avoiding potential injury is better than getting yelled at
First off, take some deep breaths (breath all the way in, pause, then all the way out). If you do not calm yourself down it's not going to do you any good. Focus on your breathing. You've got a bump to your head? Put ice on it. The pressure could be due to the swelling. Tell yourself that it's going to be okay (really, it helps). If you continue to feel unwell, let your parents know.
