I've heard a lot about this. Taking supplements to transition slowly appeals to me given the fact I'm a middle aged working adult living under my parents roof for financial reasons. But I've heard it spoken of negatively as well. Mainly because the supplements are formulated for cis men not trans men.
    Any thoughts on this.

Doesn't work. With natural transition, you can (1) use super weak stuff, which has no effect or (2) take a bunch of T supplements, which will probably damage your liver, and possibly be converted to estrogen b/c of homeostasis OR if you're using what cis men use to raise their T levels, only increase your naturally dominant hormone. Even if it does raise your T levels significantly, it's still dangerous because T raises your cholesterol, red blood cell count, and risk of heart disease. Your hormones need to be regulated by a doctor whilst on HRT.

    It's dangerous, don't do it.
