Hello, about 5 days ago I had anal sex. I had double penetration for the first time. After that i was constipated. About 3 days later I noticed there was blood after I wiped. I looked online and found that it could be anal fissure or hemorrhoid . Both just need time to heal. I am planning on going to my doctor. I was just wondering if anyone ever had this happen. Last time I had to wait a whole month to see my primary care physician (I have insurance and I have to go to her). I just want to know if I should worry about this and go to urgent care or wait. Thank you
If it's very dark or black I'd be more concerned than if it's bright red, considering that if it's dark that means it's an internal problem. If it's bright red, it's on the outside, but before getting too worried see what your doctor has to say. Good luck!
Are you straining on the toilet because you are constipated? If so that right there is the problem, eat a ton of fiber. Never force a bowel movement. Keep the area clean and don't do anal or strain yourself until you are fully healed.
I have had an anal fissure in the past, can't remember the cause but anyway I went to the doctor and got some cream to put up there and it soon healed. Don't worry but get yourself to the doctors I reckon
One time I was bottoming and not long after that, I went to the bathroom and there was a little blood after I wipe just as you described. Went to the doctor, and he confirmed that it was a hemorrhoid. He prescribed me a cream that would treat the swelling, but the bleeding didn't fully stop until a couple days later. Obviously, your insides are a little damaged. Go to the doctor to get some meds for it, let it heal, and you'll be good to go.
It is most likely a hemroid. It's good to cut back on acidic foods, but generally heal in fully in a week. You run the risk of bursting a hemroid anytime you engage in anal sex, be sure the other person is wearing a condom as blood born STD's are easily spread this way. Use more lube than you think you need.
Thank you so much to all of you for your replies. This had made me quit stressing quite a bit I finally was able to use the restroom today but it was pretty hard. There has yet to be any blood today
My primary care physician cant see me until January should i just go to a quick care? I am still bleeding and have not had a normal bowel moment in a while. (more details) when I am able to pass a bowel movement it is covered in what looks like mucus.
Hi thoughtbubble, so my parent is a doctor and I can only speak from experience what he told me to do in a similar circumstance. Most, if not all, clinics and medical centers will be more than happy to provide help(regardless of if you are their patient) if you explain the situation and should - most will without a word - respect your privacy. Seeing as you reside in the United States, I recommend bringing an insurance card with you if you decide to go to an urgent care or immediate care facility; however, if all else fails, call your doctor's clinic/hospital and request a nurse to speak with and explain the situation. Most important though, don't freak out, it has happened to many of us - just breathe in and out and see about visiting a doctor if you're worried it could be something more.
Feel like I just waisted 2 hours for no new information. I came to a quickcare and the doctor just said doctors can't really treat the constipation so they have to send me to a specialist. Sh didn't say anything about the constipation just that the bleeding might be caused by a hermoroind. Ugh!
And if it is, it can heal, but you need to know to what extent where and how much the hemorrhoid is/has been damaged/damaging. For that, a doctor or nurse practitioner is absolutely necessary. If you feel uncomfortable with a doctor or nurse, you can also try approaching a pharmacist and explain the situation - most if not all are more than willing to help redirect to an appropriate clinic. Plus, they're pharmacists and they are well drilled in chemical, biological, and sexual prevention, planning, and treatment. Best consulted after meeting with a physician so they can direct you to creams and/or medications to help with whichever diagnosis you received, if any. I can't stress enough, take some deep breathes, drink some water, and then consult a physician if you truly feel there could be an issue. I hope this helps!! :eusa_doh: You're gonna be okay. (*hug*)
It sounds like the bleeding will be do more to being constipated than having two dicks up your butt. Are you taking enough fiber with your diet? If you are and being constipated for so long is a new thing for you, then you need to go see a doctor so they can figure out why your bowel movements are messing up.
UPDATE: so the doctor ended up saying I have a hemorrhoid. She gave me slow acting laxatives (to be taken for a week) and suppositories (to be inserted for two weeks twice a day). I have done everything for a week now. I have been able to poop everyday but it is still not the normal stuff (softer). I am not sure what the suppositories are supposed to be doing because I still feel a great deal of pain when i have a vowel movement. I am now only bleeding once a day and not after every vowel movement. Should I also get the preparation H stuff to help it get better? How long do hemorrhoids usually last? ---------- Post added 25th Dec 2016 at 10:24 PM ---------- ps. Could all of this been caused because of the double penetration??
The suppositories are likely a mild anti-inflammatory to help reduce swelling and some pain following a bowel movement. There are other things you can do as well to help reduce hemorrhoids such as sitting for shorter periods of time, using less toilet paper to wipe, and as you already know the laxatives will help soften stool. Preparation H is probably similar to the suppositories your doctor gave you so I don't think you would need both, though if it lasts longer than 2-3 weeks I may go back and visit the doctor again for some other options. It is unlikely that this was caused by double penetration, but I am sure that it may have contributed to some of the swelling in the area which may contribute to hemorrhoids. Either way its not a big deal and should resolve by itself with some improved bowel habits.
I went back to my actual doctor today. My constipation is gone now thankfully. I asked her how long it would take for the hemorrhoid to go away and she said it NEVER goes away. I have a very understanding boyfriend and we haven't had full sex since I got it. Does this mean I will never be able to have anal sex (well to bottom that is)?
