I've been underweight for a while and I've always wanted to gain weight. I eat a lot. I binge eat like everyday. But I Still can't gain any weight.

    Any tips?

Anyone fully recovered from being underweight?

I never hated my weight I just lost weight due to a lot of illness when I was 12.

    Thanks in advance.

I was very thin all through high school. I was very ill when i was 15-16 and I could hardly eat anything.

I would say not to worry too much about it now. When you hit your early 20's your metabolism slows down and you'll likely start to gain more weight. Working out some may also get you some muscle mass.

You're the best candidate for gaining muscular mass actually. Literally ALL the surplus you'll be eating will be transformed to muscular mass. You're quite lucky in fact.

I have the same body type as you and I can confirm that if you hit the gym you will build muscle and still look defined. Probably we will never have to go on a diet. Though we get bigger slowly.

I think this is true. If I ever bothered to go to the gym, it would probably work for me too. That said, I remain small and underweight (116 lbs and 5'7").

    Good luck
