Do NOT make your own. That's not safe. Check out your local (or not so local) pharmacy in the condom section. They sometimes also have one or two small "aids".
You can get them online and have them discreetly shipped to you without parents knowing. Otherwise, try some different masturbation techniques, there are some that don't involve toy penetration or hands.
