    Well I suppose you'd have to talk to a doctor. The only way you can get those kinds of meds is by getting a prescription from a doctor. No clue about the specifics, but I assume it also really depends on the country. Why would you want to be chemically castrated, though? In a foreign country, too, it seems?

    I have no idea about that, what i'm really wondering is why your location says soviet union lol, they've been disbanded as long as I've been alive...which is 25 years
