Safe sex for two people with vaginas is using a dental dam (or saran wrap works too) if you do oral, and it is getting tested before you do it and continuing to get tested periodically just like other couples. It is making sure your hands are clean and boiling toys if you use them. On the whole, sex for two people with vaginas is less dangerous than for other types of couples, but you should still be careful.
