i have a huge estrogen to testosterone ration anomaly, close to that of a woman. how can i fix it? the doctor is out of question since bloodtests are all i can afford
There are most likely natural remedies out there. People are discovering lots of supplements for just about everything instead of expensive synthetic drugs.
Hey. I'm older than you and I had similar thoughts. You just need to start doing it. There is a wonderful technique - "Do not pull a cat for ..." is called. If you want to do something, start today. If it's a big deal (like losing weight or finding a job) write on the paper today (MUST!) Plan with specific items and dates when you do it. Approach it calmly and soberly estimate the amount of work. Do not overload yourself. In your particular case, I would advise you to buy a diary and keep a schedule for each (even a day off) day. And remember! If you read this and within 30 minutes did not start to write a plan or did not go to the store for a diary, then you lost.
I am sorry. I don't have a good list with me and really the best solution is custom for each person. You can find a lot in Amazon. There also homeopathic specialists out there that I would suggest getting guidance from.
