I've only experienced it a couple of times despite being fairly active when I was younger. I was faking it before I even knew what it was. I think for me the issues were mainly lack of communication and no real connection (which meant I felt some anxiety and couldn't truly relax/be fully present). As a result I'm not really fussed about sex any more.
