I tend to have very definitive greyish bags under my eyes, making it look like I'm constantly tired. However, no matter how much sleep I get, they remain.
I guess what I'm trying to say is; Does anyone have any tips on how to make myself not look like such a tired zombie when I'm not?

Consider looking at what you eat. Carbs and other food that may cause water retention can exasperate baggy eyes.

Try to avoid excessive stress (well I guess most people try to already) and if you have allergies, taking medicine might help.
