My mom saw one of my fresher cuts and I lied to her about it. I have been considering coming clean and telling her that she was right, it is a self-inflicted wound. Should I? I've already lied to her about it and I don't want her to be mad that I lied. Should I tell her or just move on from the incident?

I don't know much about your mom, but I'd say to tell her. She's probably worried about you and she might be able to give you the support you need to eventually stop.

Don't want to push you or anything and I'm definitely not judging, but you should get help. Cutting is dangerous. You shouldn't do it and if you can't stop by yourself, please seek out a psychiatrist.
Also, yes, do tell your mom.
