I think when you engage in sexual activity you are more aroused then when masturbating so you would probably be harder A.K.A. bigger during sexual activity.
It's normal. I usually am at like 90 percent when I masturbate. 100 percent only happens if a) I'm having sex or b) I'm stimulating my prostate.
i dont no because ive only masturbated myself and never had a guy suck me. my penis is 6 and a bit inches when it is erected but some times feels much bigger when i first wake up hard!!!
