In summary: Unless it's interfering with your life, or you're doing it so much it hurts, you're probably fine.

 

You're normal. Masturbating is totally fine, totally normal, and just about everybody does it - it only becomes an issue if you do it so much it gets painul, gets boring, or gets in the way of the rest of your life. Once a day, or even more than that, is totally all right.

 

If you feel like you have a problem, then that is where the problem lies. Don't look so much at the action, but how the action makes you feel. Your frequency is hardly at the level I would consider to be chronic.

Keep in mind masturbation is a perfectly normal way of interacting with your own body. It's no different than twiddling your thumbs, except not everyone twiddles their thumbs. (also, you can twiddle your thumbs at the dinner table) If you're still enjoying yourself, then there is no problem.

Yeah, dude, every night? You're 15? EVERY GUY who's 15 masturbates that much. It is VERY normal. I'd be more worried if you weren't masturbating.

Plus it's a hell of a lot less messy when it isn't sneaking up on you in your sleep.

Masturbation is completely normal and healthy. Like everybody has already said, as long as it's not so frequent that it hurts or becomes completely disruptive to your life, you're perfectly fine. Hey, I usually do it about once a day. Plus, it's a completely safe way to explore your fantasies.

Seriously, every night is pretty tame. When I was that age, I probably masturbated twice as much and if I'm especially frustrated, I'd probably masturbate twice a day these days too.

 

Also, it's a great way to help you get to sleep!

 

at my worst, in my puberty??? i've probably done it more than 5 or 6 times in one day before. Possibly more.

As some other posters already said, masturbation becomes an issue when it interferes with your life and/or you do it so much it hurts.

I guess It's normal except I always feel REALLY bad at myself when I do it and It just seems sinful (yeah Christian and gay I know) I don't know why, I mean I haven't heard of anything in the bible that's against it. I'm really struggling with that flipping book.
