for the past few months I have been questioning my gender and I have come to hate the body I see in the mirror due to its womenly shape. I have been in an on going effort to lose fat and gain muscle-although I lack self motivation- my efforts so far have been fair lost 10 pounds so far but I was wondering if there are any exercises that would help suppress some of the more offensive shapes like the curve of the waist? or decrease the fat on my chest?

Same here, I have this too. My arms and upper body being still ladylike, and there's curve on my waist.

I guess I need another trip to the gym now.

Here's where I have to ask the question that you're going to hate.
Are you genetically male or female?
Because, if your genetics and hormones are reading female, you won't be able to loose much weight on your chest. Your 'curves' are usually bone structure related, rather than weight. Excess weight can add to it, but if you're healthy, it's going to be difficult.
I'm not trying to be overly nosey, but it does make a difference.
Getting motivated helps either way

low weight usually makes a woman androgynous, but I am talking extreme Twiggy extreme, Kate Moss extreme.

Not the typical woman. WHooooaoah whooooaahh.

I had worked out. Just not too rough, and not too less.

In the end I ended up looking like Sarah Connor, sans the boobs and the long hair! :roflmao:

Hmm I'm overweight sadly though no one says I am :S. But yeah I hate my body because instead of the V shape I should have, my hip bones and 'love handles' have caused me to wind up with an hourglass shape no lie....I hate it....So I know what you're going through minus the questioning my gender because I have and like the dangly bits in between my legs. But I hope you figure it out, I hate seeing people go through this pain.
