I have been increasingly having issues with what i believe to be circulation. I notice it especially during and after working out. My limbs seem to have that numb sensation like sitting too long. I'm not sure why its happening then, since shouldn't blood be flowing more freely..... Does anyone have any ideas?
Hm. I don't know about that sensation although I do notice that my fingers and toes are more cold after a workout. This could also be because I think I have Raynauds. Then again... I'm not a doctor, nor am I studying biology.
Possibly blood sugar. you might experiment and eat some carbs within half an hour after working out. A nonfat mocha works too!
