We are coming out of winter (or at least I am), spring break and the beach is around the corner, prom coming soon, swimsuit season just over the horizon, and I've gained a couple pounds and my tummy has now become soft, and its bad since I have love handles now (I feasted like a mad man). Of course, I could do the general workout routine but I'm not going to get that sculpted look between now and the end of the March which brings me to my questions. Supplements, amino acid supplements, etc, safe or unsafe? I've been eyeing beta alanine and creatine since some people I know, who are older than I am, have used it and produced outstandng results. Would it be safe for a 16 year old to take them? Are there any risks?

Not safe, not all that helpful. That's second-hand, though. KB could probably give you more insight.
