I have these red blotches on my upper thigh, just below my belly, on my side and back. After not being too sore for a few days the blotches on my side are really sore tonight. From this limited description does anyone have any iideas what it might be? I binge drink on weekends, dont get nearly enough excercise and am overweight unsuprisingly. I havent changed my routine recently or anything. I do shower every day too so I hope its not anything to do with hygiene.
hmm could be a rash possibly heat or allergys, could be what you wash your clothes with its as widespread as you say i would go to dr its better safe than sorry, i would def say cut back on the drink as that can only help.
