    Hey all,

I'm a budding writer, and I like to read a lot, but lately I've found that I'm having a hard time focusing on one thing for longer than like ten minutes.

I'm not a fan of taking drugs unless it's something life-threatening, so what are some foods that can help you concentrate?

ps: no animal-products please! Vegan and all that

peanut butter and bananas. They give me a little pep, also hot tea with honey and lemon.

If honey is ok, I don't know if it falls in the vegan no, no list.

    Technically it does.

However, in my case I dont like honey in my tea so i use Agave Nectar instead :3

  5. You could try the Focus Vitamin Water. I'm not sure if it ever helped me focus or not but I like it a lot.
