I'm going to start a fitness progress picture folder on my computer (not for public consumption though ) and I figure that for more accurate comparisons, the same pose should be used each time. I am building all major muscle groups, and although my upper body is significantly weaker than my lower body, I am giving them equal attention: I go to the gym every day, but alternate between the two so my muscles don't just rip themselves to shreds. So, what pose(s) should I use to get an accurate comparison of muscular toning and growth?
