I just came home from four weeks at camp, at between the third and fourth weeks, I noticed that severeral red, sort of pimplish dots had formed right above my pubic area. It looks kind of like a rash but it doesn't itch at all. It's just unsightly. So what is it and what should I do?

Given the location, it sounds like chiggers.... but chigger bites tend to itch.

They don't itch at all. They're just there.

Sounds like maybe a heat rash due to increased exercise and moisture. Or perhaps due to tight clothing such as the elastic band of underclothing. Feel better sooon.

It was probably either a little heat rash or some ingrown hairs. Those tend to show up around the thighs and groin... If they're gone then it's good

Prob something you just picked up in the woods. I imagine your local drug store would have some topical ointments you could apply.
