I had a light bleeding a few days before my period. This happened two months in a row.

Gross. Should I be concerned or not? I told mom about it, but she thinks it's impossible for me to have a problem because I'm young. :rolle: I told her I wanted her to take me to a gynecologist over nine thousand times and she never lifts a finger.

Spotting before your period is completely normal. Happens to me every month.

However, contrary to what your mom seems to think, at 16 you're certainly not too young to start making annual visits to a gynecologist, especially if you've been sexually active at all. Can you make your own appointment?

    Oh thank God

I'm a virgin, but that doesn't matter. I just want to make sure everything's alright. *paranoid* I'll try to get some numbers then, and go by myself. -.-

    Thanks!
