I've recently started doing Pilates workouts based on youtube videos like (my favorite) Pop pilates: http://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=pop+pilates&aq=f Aaaaand I have to say that the results are amazing I'm using muscles that I've never really used before and even though each category (ex: abs) is only 10 minutes, I just do two workouts and I feel the burn the next day After only a month, I'm starting to see and feel results (a lot faster than doing something more time consuming like jogging a few times a week or working the elliptical). I highly recommend this workout (especially those videos) to anyone who wants to have an EPIC strength workout as well as become more flexible ;D
