Is it normal to get dizzy when you jarr your body? Say, walking down a flight of stairs, missing a step, and landing your foot much harder and lower than you expected, or having to turn around or stop really suddenly when walking. This seems kinda normal to me, but I dont know.
Sometimes I will get lightheaded for no reason. I will be doing something, anything at all, and without warning, I will get really dizzy and lightheaded for a second.
Is this something I chould be worrying about?

I don't know if it's normal. But this occasionally happens to me as well if that makes you feel any better.
When it happens have you eaten/drunk properly throughout the day? Generally [although not all the time] it happens to me when I've skipped a few meals or haven’t had water for a while.

Well, I never eat properly, I always skip meals, so that might be it. Maybe my blood glucose levels are too low.

Skipping meals probably is why you're feeling light headed. My sis does that a lot and she feels light headed often.
