So I have been having a lot of side pressure originating from the right side of my head by the temple area. I do have a lot of sinus issues, but its odd that just this is happening because my nose isn't plugged up or anything. I can be a hypochondriac so I'm scared it's a brain tumor or anarhysm, but after researching all that i should be having major migraines, vomiting, dizziness and no appetite. None of that are any of my symptoms except for a light head ache every now and then, but I'm worrying myself about it.

Your worrying will make your headache worse, as always don't use the Internet as a complete medical diagnosis, if your in continuous discomfort go to your Dr.

The general rule with headaches is that if there is a change in the severity or frequency of headaches, you shoud see your doctor for an evaluation.
