Okay I tend to have this phenomina often, not daily, or weekly, or even monthly; but often enough for somthing this weird to happen.

So I was curious how it worked, because I try to understand it but it completly comfuses me. Any light to the situation?

I don't think anyone truly knows how it works. I personally think it happens when you experience something that triggers your mind to remember something else. An experience that was very similar. Thus it causes you to feel like it's happened before.

Scientists tend to brush deja vu off as a neurological "illusion", but I've always thought it could probably be linked with precognitive ability if society ever decided to throw some serious money at parapsychology and find a correlation.
