Is there a way to make your veins in your arms become more visible? I think they're "Sexy", and I only have them in my hands, but some of the guys have them all over their arms... thanks!!
lol lots and lots of curls and reverse curls which I find are great for the forearms. Also I know a guy how uses a supplement that causes oxygen to be delivered more to his veins causing the popping vein look. I don't know the name since I don't use supplements.
they appear more easily if you lower your body fat. personally, I dont particularly care for having them. Some suppliments like Nitric Oxide suppliments help with vascularity. I used them for a while (though I found I got better results with just protein and creatine), my veins would pop more. now, I only really have them on my hands and forearms.
when I had them, I felt uncomfortable, as if it would be easier to damage the blood vessel since it was exposed like that. I think it makes your arm look gristlely like a bad cut of steak.
There are 2 main reasons why you see more noticeable vascularity on someone. 1) genetics 2)low body fat ratio. There are supplements that you can take to boost nitric oxide in the body, but be careful with some because many are simply ineffective. I use one, and it is prolly the best one I have ever used. It's called PlasmaJet by Gaspari Nutrition. It's pricey, but it works well. But, unless you have a constant body fat ratio that is under 4%, or just extremely genetically gifted, you are not going to have constant protruding veins like you see in the fitness mags. Nitric Oxide supps do help tho...if you get the right one. Creatine is a good staple if yo are looking to build some muscle, but also remember that creatine also makes you retain a little water...making veins a little less visible.
