I lost some weight (!). I look a little less puggy now. Granted, I'm 6'3 and only around 160-180 pounds, so I'm exactly fat, but I had been eating poorly for a while and I never worked out, so I had a high concentration of fat. I was able to fit into a bunch of shirts too that I had put away a few months ago cuz they made me look a little chucky .
That's what I plan to be after my current regime. I already feel a lot better for it though, although I can't see any physical change
I'm on a diet as of today... I weighted myself and 0.o. :Lets see how the coming months surprise me. And Congrats=D Keep it up.

I've just stayed away from all treats sweet, cut out a lot of juice for water, replaced a lot of carbs w/ fibers, and have been trying to eat more salads and such b4 eating a meal. The hardest part is going to the gym, which I don't do as frequently or as effectively as I should. I don't mind the bikes and such, but I detest all of the upper body stuff :x. ---------- Post added 15th Mar 2011 at 10:11 PM ---------- Oh, and I cut out all take out too. All that Chinese food was starting to add on the pounds.
Good job man. Hit it hard. Spring break is next week, and I plan on vigorously bicycling twice a day every day.
Youre already beautiful! D: You dont need to lose weight :3 Though I started dieting and getting more exercise about 2 or 3 weeks ago myself, no physical change but feel awesome. Grats on losing that extra weight! :3

lol, yeah, that's me. And thank you. Not really, lol but if I don't start somewhere it will get out of hand... And it is all thanks pretty much to eating junk food 4 times a week(College)... And that picture is like from 3 months ago. Thanks I'm just cutting of the junk food, and drinking more water. I rarely drink water, which is bad... Less than a glass per day.lol And started to drink other stuff, sodas, etc. Also, keep it up, eating healthy is awesome=)
The one bad thing about losing weight is....the more you lose the harder it gets. Unless you live off Coke Zero, but that was a long time ago. :lol:
