So my pectoral muscles don't seem to be developed at all. My skin in that area seems to be directly on top of my skeleton, making my sternum stick out and my chest convex. I was just curious about what condition I might have, and whether I should be concerned (I'm not really). My identical twin brother does not have the same condition, if that's somehow significant.

You don't have a medical condition. You're just skinny and have no muscle tone.

I do not think you have any medical condition, how are you eating habits? Also, if you work out, how much do you work out? Those things can affect many things.
