I am hoping to come out to my brother in a few weeks. But when I am trying to fall to sleep the thought of having the conversation keeps me awake. Does anyone have a suggestion on how to get a better night sleep?

I know this isn't easy, but I'm sure coming out to your brother will be an okay experience and you probably don't have much to worry about it. If you keep reassuring yourself that it's going to be okay, I think you won't be so worried and maybe you'll sleep better at night. Or maybe doing more throughout the day to tire yourself out to sleep better at night? I'm no sleep expert, but I think if you stay calm about the idea of coming out to him you'll sleep better. Just reassure yourself if will go okay and that might ease your might some.
