So this time of year is a real drain, I'm sure for most of us. Does anyone know of a SAFE was to get your energy up? I've tried things like bannanas and coffee. Those 5 hour energy drink don't work, at least not on me. Any adivce would be awsome :sleep:
take a walk for a few minutes, get some fresh air, listen to energizing music, get enough rest, stretch, drink enough water. Write positive and uplifting messages and post them on your bathroom mirror, stick them in your wallet/purse/bag, or wherever you go everyday. Maybe take a mental health day and get a massage. Sometimes the littlest things can change your whole chakra.
Have you heard of Seasonal Affective Disorder? If not have a look at it online because it sounds like, from the lack of energy and you saying that it is this time of year, that it may be a possibility. If you think it may be that then a lot of the treatments for it will help with the underlying energy issues xx
